I. Mission of the Municipal Office (Who are we?)
The Moravská Třebová Municipal Office is the government body of the city of Moravská Třebová thata) performs tasks in the area of autonomous jurisdictions that were assigned by the City Council,
b) exercises delegated jurisdiction in matters that are established by respective laws.
II. Vision of the Municipal Office (Who would we like to be?)
The Moravská Třebová Municipal Office – an office for youOur vision is to be a professional, modern, and effective office that emphasises performance and innovation in internal processes, the application of modern quality control methods and the utilisation of modern information technology.
An office that is open and communicative with all involved parties, providing quality services and applying the principles of a friendly and equal approach while complying with legal regulations in its activities.
An office that relies on highly motivated, qualified experts, considers their opinions and is mindful of their development in their expert knowledge and enables further professional growth.
III. Values of the Municipal Office (What do we believe in?)

IV. Strategic goals of the Municipal Office (How do we want to achieve it?)
The established goals are based on the City of Moravská Třebová Strategic Development Plan in accepting the formulated mission, vision and values of the municipal office.Three priority areas are of key importance for the successful realisation of the strategic goals of the Moravská Třebová Municipal Office:
Priority Area 1: the Office and the Client
This area defines the relationship between the client and the Office. It is expressed by the principle that the office is an administrative institution created for the purpose of providing involved parties—Office clients (citizens and institutions) quality services, and to perform administrative activities within the scope of the law.
The main goal of this priority area is improving quality and efficiency in the performance of administrative activities, improving the organisation of the the Office’s activities and increasing the prestige of the Municipal Office based on effective communication, both toward clients and the city government.
Sub-goals are established as such:
1.1. Fulfil criteria of quality in Office activities
1.2. Improve the performance and efficiency of the Office
1.3. Secure balanced media representation of the Office
Priority Area 2: the Office Employee and the Client
This area deals with the relationship between the client and the Office employee. It expresses the principle that the office employee is a person who applies public authority toward the client, and must do so in an ethical and respectful manner.
The main goal of this priority area is to increase the professionalism of Office employees and increase their prestige.
Sub-goals are established as such:
2.1. Determine the needs and demands of the clients of the Office, and taking their opinions into consideration
2.2. Ensure the quality of the services provided by Office employees to the clients of the Office
2.3. Strengthen the clients’ positive perception of Office employees
Priority Area 3: the Office and the Office Worker
This area defines the relationship between the Office and the Office employee. It entails the standard bond between an organisation and its employee, and it is clear that the organisation can be perceived positively and work effectively only when it is supported by quality personnel.
The main goal of this priority area is to continuously improve the level of professionalism of the Office workers, optimise the active policies of human resource management through their efficiency, and improve the quality of the qualification structure of the Office.
Sub-goals of this priority area:
3.1. Develop Office employees’ professional training
3.2. Develop and utilise an Office employee evaluation system
3.3. Determine the needs and demands of Office employees and take their opinions into consideration
The fulfilment of strategic goals will be assessed annually; results from annual assessments will form the basis for a City Council Report on the fulfilment of the Strategic Goals of the Municipal Office.
Each sub-goal includes established activities – tasks that will contribute to their fulfilment. These tasks make up the Action Plan for the Realisation of the Strategic Goals of the Municipal Office for 2016-2020, which was approved by a meeting of the city government.
